ThriveMind LLC, doing business as ThriveMind Labs ("ThriveMind," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the World Wide Web site located at www.thrivemindlabs.com, and any associated subpages ("Site") and explains what information we collect from you, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By accessing, viewing, or using the content, material, or services available on or through this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. When you purchase a course, contact us, or sign up for our emails, we may collect your name, email address, billing information, and the contents of any messages, feedback, or materials you send us (for example, if you email us a question).
Information collected automatically. When you visit thrivemindlabs.com or storefront, certain information may be collected automatically, such as your device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site. This may be collected using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
Information from third parties. We use third-party platforms to operate our business, including our storefront (Stan Store) and our payment processor (Stripe). When you purchase through these platforms, they collect your payment and contact details and share certain transaction information with us so we can deliver your product and provide support. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
• Deliver the courses, files, and services you purchase;
• Process payments and send order confirmations and receipts;
• Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests;
• Send you administrative messages about your purchase or these policies;
• Send marketing emails about our courses and offerings, where you have opted in or as otherwise permitted by law (you can unsubscribe at any time);
• Improve and develop our courses and website;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues; and
• Comply with our legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
• Service providers / processors who help us run our business — including our storefront platform (Stan Store), payment processor (Stripe), email/marketing platform, and analytics provider — who may process your information only on our behalf and under their own privacy terms;
• Independent consultants or third parties you choose to engage through or after our courses, only to the extent you direct or initiate that contact;
• Legal and safety reasons — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property; and
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business assets.
4. Third-Party Platforms
Your purchase and use of our storefront are also subject to the privacy policies of the platforms we use, including Stan Store and our payment processor. We encourage you to review their privacy policies, as we do not control how they handle your information. Our website may also contain links to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand how the site is used. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the site functions.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our products and services, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Privacy Rights

9. Marketing Choices
If you receive marketing emails from us, you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at info@thrivemindlabs.com or unsubscribing through the marketing email you received using their unsubscribe option. We are prohibited by law from conditioning a Child's participation in an activity on the Child's disclosure of more personally identifiable information than is reasonably necessary to participate in such activity.

15. Course Materials
Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase of any course, downloadable file, or other digital material offered by ThriveMind, you ("you," "the Purchaser") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms below. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the materials.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
In this Agreement, the term "Contributors" means the individuals — including course creators, instructors, and others with experience in the relevant field — whose opinions, perspectives, or experiences are shared within the materials.
Nature of the Information — Educational Purposes Only
The information, content, opinions, frameworks, and recommendations contained in our courses and materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They represent a starting point for your own learning and decision-making — not a complete, authoritative, or definitive source.
The material reflects the opinions, education, and personal/professional experience of the course creators. It is offered in good faith but is not presented as established fact, guaranteed truth, or a substitute for individualized professional guidance.
Contributor opinions & individual experience. Some of the opinions and perspectives in our materials come from Contributors — individuals with experience in the relevant field. These are shared as the personal, individual opinions of those Contributors — shaped by what they have experienced and how they personally view and interpret things — and not as fact, professional advice, or the official position of ThriveMind. We respect and preserve each Contributor's autonomy to share their own perspective as their own.
Because these perspectives are rooted in personal experience, they may not reflect your circumstances, and your own experience or outcome may differ. ThriveMind is not bound or limited by any Contributor's experiences or opinions, does not adopt them as a fixed or definitive position, and does not guarantee that they will apply to you.
No Substitute for Professional, Institutional, or Official Guidance
Nothing in our courses overrides, replaces, or takes precedence over guidance from:
-
Regional, state, national, or international institutions and governing bodies;
-
Licensing boards, state boards, or regulatory authorities;
-
Academic advisors, accredited institutions, or official program requirements;
-
Licensed professionals (legal, medical, financial, mental-health, or other) relevant to your situation.
Where our material conflicts with the rules, requirements, or advice of any of the above, you should follow the official source, not our material. You are responsible for verifying any information with the appropriate authority before acting on it.
Not licensed services; no professional relationship. ThriveMind and its Contributors are not acting as licensed mental-health professionals, academic advisors, admissions officers, or career counselors in providing these materials, and are not providing clinical, psychological, academic-advising, admissions, financial, legal or career-counseling services. The materials are general educational information about academic and licensure pathways (including, for example, PsyD, PhD, and master's-level routes, associated costs, and how supervised hours are submitted to licensing boards). Your use of the materials does not create any professional, advisory, fiduciary, counselor-client, or similar relationship between you and ThriveMind or its Contributors.
Program requirements, tuition and costs, degree and accreditation standards, supervised-hour requirements, and licensing-board rules vary by state, institution, and program, and change over time. Any such information in the materials is general and may be incomplete or out of date. You must confirm the requirements that apply to you directly with the relevant licensing board, accredited institution, or official program before making any decision.
No Guarantee of Results
We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind regarding the outcomes you may achieve from the material. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own circumstances, effort, and decisions. Any examples, case studies, or outcomes referenced are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as a promise of similar results.
"As is" basis. The materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the materials are error-free or that any information remains current.
Testimonials & examples. Any testimonials, reviews, success stories, or examples (including any reference to time saved, money saved, admissions outcomes, or licensure progress) reflect the individual experience of specific people and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Outcomes vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and many factors outside our control. Where any person providing a testimonial has received compensation or another material incentive, or has a connection to ThriveMind, that connection will be disclosed as required by applicable advertising rules.
Assumption of Responsibility & Limitation of Liability
Any decisions or actions you take based on the material are made at your own discretion and your own risk. You are solely responsible for the choices you make and their consequences.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThriveMind, its owners, members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to your use of, or reliance on, the courses or materials — including decisions made based on the information provided.
You agree that your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the materials is to stop using them. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (for example, in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, where applicable law does not permit a waiver).
Independent third-party consultants. ThriveMind may, from time to time, mention, make available, or facilitate an introduction to independent consultants or licensed professionals who are willing to share their opinions with or speak to purchasers. Any such consultants are independent contractors and independent third parties — they are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of ThriveMind, LLC. ThriveMind does not control, supervise, direct, verify, or endorse the opinions, advice, qualifications, or services of any such consultant, and any opinions or advice they provide are solely their own. Any engagement, communication, relationship, or arrangement you enter into with such a consultant is strictly between you and that consultant, and ThriveMind is not a party to it and assumes no responsibility or liability for any advice, opinions, services, conduct, fees, or outcomes arising from it. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability and credentials of any consultant before relying on them.
